Return Policy

1) Online Booking Refund, cancellation, or alteration of the (reserved services / beneficiary) are not allowed in any case. Management has the right to complete or cancel the booked service if the client does not attend on the same day and time specified during booking. 2) Gift Cards Refund, cancellation, or alteration of the (gift card value / beneficiary) are not allowed in any case. 3) Packages & Promotional Offers Refund, cancellation, or alteration of the (package / value / beneficiary) of purchased packages or promotional offers are not allowed in any case. The salon reserves the right to serve or not serve the remaining services in the client's file during national events and official holidays.
