environmental work fulfills the sisters' mission to restore and preserve
a place where all are welcome to experience emotional and spiritual nourishment
through the dynamic beauty of creation.
Environmental Endowment campaign
Our campaign seeks to raise $1,000,000 for the
Environmental Endowment. Each dollar contributed remains in a restricted
fund, generating a revenue stream used to support the environmental work
at Holy Wisdom Monastery.
Contributions to the Environmental Endowment help
sustain the naturalist program, the summer college intern program, an accessible
trail system, additional restoration activities and educational opportunities
for school children, scouts and other groups.
